Wesley Wong is a young classical chromatic harmonica player, an experienced educator, and champions in the chromatic harmonica solo category (open class) of the Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival and the trio category of the World Harmonica Festival.  Wong majored in harmonica performance and graduated from the Department of Music, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  He is also an experienced teacher and promoter of harmonica music in the community with a special focus on kindergarten pupils and lower primary students. 

Learning music and instruments is important for child development.  Ironically, pressure from over-practising and getting a head start turns children off and even makes them hate music.  The harmonica is highly portable, easy to play and learn even for young hands.  Apart from promoting the harmonica among kindergarten pupils and lower primary students, the Programme also seeks to rekindle interest in music learners by bringing the sheer joy of music-making through interesting activities, as well as to foster parent-child relationship.
