About the Group

Established in 2003, Windpipe Chinese Music Ensemble is a professional Chinese music ensemble actively promoting local talent and producing quality chamber concerts.  Sharing the characteristics of Chinese music, the group works around the motto “Small but elegant. Simple yet refined” in promoting this art form in Hong Kong.  It has premiered more than 50 pieces by local composers, and curated programmes of local music for performance in Hong Kong and over 20 countries/regions over the past years.  The group is currently a grantee of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.

About the Programme

Little Adventure in Musicland guides children and parents to explore the world of music through family and parent-child activities.  The programme, including music theatre Music in the ZOO, performances by music families and talks, will demonstrate the power of bonding through music.
